Acacia represents lenders who originate and sell loans secured by multifamily projects to secondary market investors, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In her practice, she prepares and negotiates loan documents, evaluates legal opinions, examines title and survey matters, and assesses other due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance. Acacia works closely with all parties to facilitate a smooth, successful closing.
