For years, our firm has turned its commitment to diversity into action. We were early members of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP), an organization that recruits candidates of diverse backgrounds around the country to join the Twin Cities legal community.
We are particularly focused on the professional development and advancement of women, and, in 1999, we elected a woman to serve as our president, a notable milestone among the area’s law firms. We are also longtime supporters of Minnesota Women Lawyers, an organization that shares our dedication to promoting women throughout the legal profession.
As we look to the future, we believe that our commitment to diversity is also a commitment to change with our community. We will continue to actively find new ways to promote the recruitment and professional growth of women and diverse professionals in our firm.
