Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that attorney Acacia F. Bard has joined the firm's real estate and real estate finance teams.

Acacia represents lenders who originate and sell loans secured by multifamily projects to secondary market investors, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In her practice, she prepares and negotiates loan documents, evaluates legal opinions, examines title and survey matters, and assesses other due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Acacia worked as an affordable housing developer. Her practical experience allows her to bring a unique perspective and a solution-oriented mindset to the lender’s counsel role.

Acacia received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.A., from Xavier University.
