CORPORATE ATTORNEY WANTED (Associate Attorney Position)
Moss & Barnett has positions available for shareholder-track associates to join its growing business law team. Associate positions will have a transactional focus, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Background in accounting, tax, securities, or real estate considered plus factors. Preferred candidates will have exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills. Moss & Barnett seeks an attorney with 2+ years’ experience in commercial and/or construction litigation. Candidates should demonstrate competence to handle all phases of cases from pre-litigation, taking and defending depositions, assisting with trials and arbitrations, and assisting clients with post-award remedies. Preferred candidates will have superior academic qualifications, strong writing skills, and a distinguished work record. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
