Immediate opening for a full-time (40.00 hours per week) paralegal to support the firm's business law practice group. Preferred candidates will have 2 – 3 years’ work experience with general business law matters including entity formations, UCC searches & filings, personal property lien searches & filings, and drafting opinion letters.
