Lateral Lawyers

We seek the best and brightest lawyers who share our commitment to client-centered counsel and are always looking to do what it takes to get results for our clients. In addition to taking on interesting and challenging work, you will join a team of lawyers who have served as judicial law clerks and practiced in solo, large, and boutique law firms; in-house corporate departments; and government agencies.

Our lawyers – who are frequently recognized in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers – generally stay with us throughout their careers. The reason is simple: Moss & Barnett is a great place to work. Shareholder compensation is not only completely transparent, but we rank at or near the top in Twin City law firms for realization rate and profits per lawyer.
