Susan Rhode discusses the many changes taking place in family law. She covers the past year's great legislative debate about revising Minnesota's child custody rules, plus new rules in the family court and decisions this past year by our Court of Appeals that made notable changes in the amount to be awarded for spousal maintenance or alimony.
