Atiya represents lenders who originate and sell loans secured by multifamily projects to secondary market investors, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As part of her practice, she prepares and negotiates loan documents, evaluates legal opinions, examines title and survey, and assesses other due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance. Atiya enjoys working with all parties to ensure a successful closing.
