Craig A. Brandt Named a Qualified Neutral Under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice

Craig A. Brandt PhotoMoss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Craig A. Brandt has completed the training to serve as a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Craig has completed the requirements to serve as both a Minnesota civil mediator and a civil arbitrator. A mediator assists parties to try to resolve their dispute through agreement, while an arbitrator commonly serves like a private judge in making determinations in private dispute resolution proceedings called arbitrations. Craig is also certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law.

Craig is an experienced litigator who provides employment law advice and counsel to employers and employees. He defends employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims as well as other claims in court and administrative agency proceedings. Craig also has extensive experience in disputes over employee non-compete agreements and trade secrets issues, and he represents business executives in contract or compensation disputes and severance negotiations.
