Bradley R. Armstrong Joins Moss & Barnett

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Bradley R. Armstrong has joined the firm. As a member of Moss & Barnett’s Creditors' Remedies and Bankruptcy Practice Group, Bradley counsels creditors, debt buyers, attorneys, and businesses on compliance with state and federal credit and collection laws. He has significant experience defending clients in consumer financial services litigation, including claims brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as state consumer protection statutes – against both individual claims and class actions.Bradley received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College.
