Stacie L. Boggess

During the course of her career as a legal assistant and paralegal – most with Moss & Barnett – Stacie has worked closely with clients, outside counsel, and other professionals. Stacie assists with the formation of business entities, preparing closing and transactional documents, and the ongoing maintenance of general corporate matters. In addition, Stacie’s background includes preparing a variety of tax returns, including gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and estate tax returns.
