Nathaniel is a member of the firm’s corporate law team and has a wide range of experience helping clients navigate their transactions in a broad range of industry segments. He understands that each transaction is unique and requires a personalized touch.

Before joining Moss & Barnett, Nathaniel worked for a law firm in Wisconsin, providing practical advice and unique transactional solutions to a large and sophisticated group of dedicated clients. In that role, he gained a deep understanding of how to efficiently work with clients to identify core client needs and leverage points in transactions to facilitate the best possible outcome for clients. Nathaniel enjoys engaging with clients and working with them to understand their perspective and provide them with the representation necessary to achieve their goals.
