Misty assists lawyers in all phases of the litigation process. Her experience, attention to detail, and excellent client service make her a vital part of the legal team. Misty’s duties include facilitating document production, performing legal research and document reviews, and analyzing and organizing case information. She is heavily involved with e-discovery in all its facets and acts as the firm’s co-administrator of the Relativity document management system.
Misty has extensive experience using TrialDirector to manage and display exhibits at trials and arbitrations. Her expertise, organizational skills, and demeanor have made her an integral part of any trial team.
Misty began her career in 2000 as a legal advocate for victims of domestic violence in Duluth, Minnesota, before moving to Minneapolis to attend the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. She uses her two decades of experience in multiple areas of law – including employment and insurance defense – in her work as a paralegal, and she spent many years working with in-house counsel at a major Minnesota-based corporation.
