Austin is a member of Moss & Barnett’s litigation team assisting businesses and individuals with their litigation needs. Austin has represented clients on a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, and inheritance litigation.
Prior to joining Moss & Barnett, Austin took on a wide variety of litigation matters at a full-service law firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While in law school, Austin clerked for a federal district court judge in the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Experience
- Represented a shareholder in a dispute involving a closely held corporation, resulting in a six-figure settlement for the client at mediation.
- Successfully defeated a consolidated appeal of multiple dispositive decisions decided in client’s favor at the trial court level.
- Negotiated and drafted numerous settlement agreements for clients as both Plaintiff and Defendant.
