Sarah E. Doerr Selected as ACA International Minnesota Attorney State Chair
Sarah E. Doerr, an attorney with our creditors' remedies and bankruptcy team, has been selected to serve as the Attorney State Chair of the Minnesota chapter of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International). Sarah's term will run October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018. The State Chairs are attorneys who have volunteered to be available as a legal resource and referral attorney for ACA International.

Sarah practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ remedies. She has experience in both individual and commercial bankruptcy matters and regularly represents secured and unsecured creditors. She also counsels clients in matters related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring. In her creditors’ remedies practice, Sarah defends and counsels debt buyers and debt collection agencies in connection with issues arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and related consumer-protection statutes and regulations.
