Timothy L. Gustin Selected to Serve on Freddie Mac Multifamily Legal Advisory Council
Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that Timothy L. Gustin has been selected to serve on the Freddie Mac Multifamily Legal Advisory Council. In that role, he will work with Freddie Mac’s legal division to update and improve documentation and loan requirements to address legal and industry developments.
Tim heads Moss & Barnett’s team of multifamily agency lending professionals. Through his leadership, Moss & Barnett has become one of the leading law firms nationally in representing lenders in the Freddie Mac Program Plus®. Tim received his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Hamline University.
