Are you using email to market your business? Most businesses continually work to build quality email marketing lists with contact information for past, present, and prospective customers. Many businesses, however, are not aware that federal law sets rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to stop emails from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
