Mara often acts as an intermediary between lawyers and clients to answer important day-to-day questions and cost-effectively manage their cases. She also communicates directly with experts and court personnel.
Mara’s responsibilities include management of case files and materials, analysis and organization of case information, drafting pleadings and motion documents, document reviews, e-filing and e-service in state jurisdictions (Moss & Barnett Family Law Administrator of the Minnesota eFile program), trial preparation, and communications with clients and opposing counsel.
