Working in multiple dispute resolution forums, Curt litigates construction and business cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts – as well as before the American Arbitration Association – throughout the United States. He also frequently resolves matters in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) venues, including in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and mini-trials.
