In his role as firm librarian, Andy is responsible for maintaining Moss & Barnett’s electronic and printed research resources, as well as evaluating and selecting new materials. He is a skilled researcher and provides valuable assistance in legal and practice development matters, including marketing.
Andy’s main goal is to support the firm’s lawyers, paralegals, and other staff in providing a high-quality legal product in the most efficient manner possible. One recent challenge he successfully managed involved adapting to new research and library operations technologies as the legal publishing field transitions from printed to electronic publication formats.
Andy has been with Moss & Barnett as firm librarian since 1987, after beginning his private sector career in 1986 with the Pillsbury Company in their tax library.
