John K. Rossman Named to the Executive Steering Committee of the Consumer Relations Consortium

Moss & Barnett is pleased to announce that John K. Rossman has been named to the Executive Steering Committee of the Consumer Relations Consortium (“CRC”), which is based out of Washington, D.C. The Executive Steering Committee directs the vision and actions of the CRC to engage the various government agencies and consumer advocacy organizations that ensure collectors pursue consumer debt obligations in the professional manner that every consumer deserves.

John is the chair of Moss & Barnett’s creditors’ remedies and bankruptcy team. In his national practice dedicated to the debt industry and creditors’ remedies, John has shaped debt collection law in numerous landmark cases that preserved and expanded the rights of collection agencies, debt buyers, mortgage lenders, creditors, and attorneys. John received his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from Marquette University.
