What work do you do for contractors and other employers when dealing with OSHA investigations? (Aaron Dean discusses with "Reel Lawyers")

In the last ten years I’ve handled over 100 OSHA cases primarily for contractors, but also for manufacturers. I never intended that result, but it happened. And in the OSHA context, the safety work that I do is shepherding employers through the process of investigation, particularly in fatality cases, in serious injury cases, and also through how to defend a citation after a citation has been issued and perhaps after the government has commenced suit to try to enforce fines or have citations against the company’s safety record.
