Sarah provides knowledgeable counsel to large and small businesses as well as individuals. She enjoys working with her clients to identify their goals and expectations, then crafting strategies and solutions with those ends in mind. Sarah's practice focuses on creditors' remedies and creditor-side bankruptcy issues, informed by her civil litigation experience.

Sarah offers efficient and effective solutions to her clients while advising them on best practices to limit liability and exposure going forward.

With experience in both individual and commercial bankruptcy matters, Sarah represents secured and unsecured creditors. She also counsels clients in matters related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring, and she regularly presents at legal and industry events and conferences.

In her creditors' remedies practice, Sarah defends and counsels debt buyers and debt collection agencies in connection with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and related consumer-protection statutes and regulations.
