Biography

Kevin M. Busch leads the firm’s team of attorneys practicing in banking and commercial transactions. Kevin has practiced in the following areas since 1981:

  • Bank regulation
  • Commercial lending
  • Real estate lending
  • Uniform Commercial Code

His focus is primarily on the structuring, restructuring, and documentation of secured and unsecured commercial loans, real estate loans, and letter of credit transactions. Kevin also handles court proceedings when such transactions lead to litigation.

Kevin is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association.
