Joseph G. Socha practices in the area of financial and estate planning, with a focus on individual income tax. He routinely handles tax planning and compliance involving complicated tax issues, for high income, high net worth individuals.
In his counsel to clients, Joe assists them to minimize their tax liabilities successfully. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and previously worked with Grant Thornton, LLP. Joe also operated and owned a manufacturing and distribution business before he received his graduate degrees.
Joe received his Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota prior to earning his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, where he was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review.
